Home and lightning

Hey everyone! I'm back from Portland (actually, it was Gaston, but no matter!)! It was awesome! Everyone was so cool, we had so much fun and ran around like nits ^^

It was hot though. Very hot. My cousins, who drove through Portland while I was there, said that it was 106 degrees Fahrenheit on Saturday around 4 pm. And I believe them, because at that time I was sitting in the sun by a lake being roasted to death. So hot! We'd all just swam across the lake and back in search of an empty beach, which failed.

The drive there and back was awful. 8 people in a van with all their luggage and somewhat broken AC is bad. My water, which was cold when I got it, was like bath water about....an hour later. And our donuts melted ^^;

Now there's a lightning storm going on! The lightning is pink, man! It's so freaking awesome! XD Mom and I drove over to Pacific Pride on Canyon Rd to look at it ^^

All in all it was fun, no one died, and I met AWESOME peoples. Yay for peoples! ^^

My uncles I'm close to would be my Uncle Bob (who married my Dad's sister) and my uncle Scott (my Dad's brother). I have some pretty interesting stories about my uncle Scott and my Dad =P
